Refund policy

At Maison Montera, we want you to feel confident when shopping with us. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please review our returns policy below.

Returns

Our returns policy lasts 30 days from the date your order is delivered. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, unfortunately we are unable to offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by a receipt or proof of purchase

Please do not send your item back to the manufacturer. To begin a return, please contact us at hello@maisonmontera.com and we will provide the correct return instructions.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene, safety, or digital delivery reasons, certain items cannot be returned.

Non-returnable items may include:

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Some health and personal care items
  • Intimate or sanitary goods
  • Perishable goods
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

Partial Refunds

In some cases, only partial refunds may be granted. This may apply to:

  • Items showing clear signs of use
  • Items not in their original condition
  • Items that are damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
  • Items returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by email to confirm that your returned item has arrived.

We will then let you know whether your refund has been approved or rejected.

If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow a few business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not received your refund yet, please first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card provider, as it can take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often additional processing time before a refund appears.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items may be eligible for a refund. Sale items are unfortunately non-refundable unless they are faulty or damaged.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.

If you need to exchange your item for the same product, please contact us at hello@maisonmontera.com and we will guide you through the next steps.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, you may receive a gift credit for the value of your return once the returned item has been received and approved.

If the item was not marked as a gift at checkout, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

Return Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at hello@maisonmontera.com and we will provide the correct return address.

You will be responsible for covering the cost of return shipping. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Depending on your location, the time it takes for an exchanged product to reach you may vary.
